A Little About CarlyFor 20 years, I led a fast-paced life in Primary Education and was a Headteacher for 5 years of this. I suffered some personal traumas which slowed my work life a little. But then in 2017, my world was turned upside down when my best friend was diagnosed with bowel cancer and passed away 6 months later. This was the wake up call I needed! I left my career, remortgaged my home, bought a motorhome and went travelling with my husband. In 10 months, we explored 26 countries, made lifelong memories and learnt some life changing lessons. On my return to the UK in 2019, I decided I wanted to help people feel healthier and happier; I re-trained to be a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist. What a privileged role, supporting others with their physical and mental health, through both fitness and nutrition. In 2021, I had concerns I was experiencing peri-menopause which my GP would not investigate so I had a health test done through NTA (Natural Therapy Advice). This was the start of my passion for natural healing. In November 2021, I researched and trialled MAXX4LIFE's CBD products and have been delighted with the results. When absorbed by the body, CBD increases the ECS’s ability to promote balance and optimal health. We combine our CBD with a high-quality hemp seed oil that has all 20 amino acids and also contains surprisingly high levels of the amino acid arginine, a metabolic precursor for the production of nitric oxide, a molecule now recognised as a pivotal signalling messenger in the cardiovascular system. It contains many vitamins and minerals, and dietary fibre and is particularly rich in the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid and also contains elevated concentrations of the omega-3 fatty acid α-linolenic acid. Hemp seeds are about 25% protein and also provide nutrients including vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron, and zinc. We use a quality organic cold-pressed Sunflower oil as our carrier oil, which is used because of the Lecithin benefits and its low viscosity.
